AN INTERESTING SIDE NOTE -- PARTIAL THICKNESS TECHNIQUES IN THE 
1000-850 MB LAYER HINT THAT A LITTLE WINTRY PRECIPITATION MAY BE 
POSSIBLE WITH THE WEDNESDAY NIGHT-THURSDAY SHORTWAVE.  IT'S A LITTLE 
FAR OUT TO GET TOO EXCITED OR TO GO INTO MUCH DETAIL THOUGH.  STAY
