Gfs has trended much colder since it's afternoon run. Latest 00z shows HEAVY snow east to west across central IL, central IN, cental OH to eastcoast. At Ohio river a major icestorm could unfold. The new 00z ggem has just come out and backed the gfs on this scenario.
Even better, the gfs has crushed the 'lake cutter' which was supposed to follow this event next week and is now taking it much further south and east giving even more moderate snow to OV. WOW...we could be in for one of the most bittercold and snowcovered scenarios in the OV we've seen in years if this trend continues!!!
NEW MODELS NOW HAVE MAJOR OV SNOWSTORM SUN-MON!!!

If you're in VA it's probably either a snow or icestorm for you too.

Looking good Buckeye and as i said elsewhere it looks like the heaviest snows should fall from Columbus to Mansfield with this system. My map in the other thread is looking very good at this point only possible adjustment that may have to be made if for areas east of the apps where i may need to expand a little on the Mixed precip down into NC. I will probably do a map for that area anyways and let it show on there.
Either way our time has finally come and i am very excited about it. And yes Jeb like i said in my other replies its looking good for you as well.
