4 inches of snow/sleet combo yesterday and then a brief period of light freezing rain last night...more MESS on the way for tonight through early tomorrow morning! 
Thankfully no damage or power outage from yesterday or last night!

Winter Storm Warning until 900 am Tuesday...
Tonight:
Periods of freezing rain and freezing drizzle overnight. Ice accretion of one tenth to a quarter inch. Areas of fog. Temperatures steady 25 to 30. North winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.
Tuesday:
Light freezing rain or freezing drizzle likely...mainly around daybreak. Little additional ice accretion expected. Continued cloudy and cold. Highs in the mid 30s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation 60 percent early.

... Winter Storm Warning is in effect through 9 am Tuesday morning...
.Below freezing temperatures will remain over central North Carolina tonight. Strong winds aloft from the southwest will transport moist air over the very cold air at ground level... resulting in widespread freezing drizzle and periods of light freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations will range from one tenth to one quarter of an inch across central North Carolina.
A glaze of ice is expected atop of the accumulated snow and sleet from yesterday. Ice will accumulate on trees and power lines and power outages may become more widespread in central North Carolina by daybreak Tuesday. Additional icing will also worsen already treacherous driving conditions.
Roads in the advisory area will continue to be largely ice and snow covered. Unless there is a critical reason to be on the roads... motorists should postpone all travel overnight and Tuesday morning. The safest course of action is to remain at home and off the roads.
Thankfully no damage or power outage from yesterday or last night!

I don't expect any damaging accumulations here, unless something very surprising occurs, but the temperatures are falling steadily now, and it's now down to 33º, with some leftover rain and drizzle ... the deepest moisture has abated, though earlier, some nasty thunderstorm activity and very heavy rainfalls contributed to the small rise in temperatures, after the initial fall (roller coaster ride) with latent heat release ... however, the NNE winds have picked up in earnest, and the temperatures have responded as the cold air is being shunted back south again ...
The heaviest icing in Dorchester County will occur just north of here, with potentials of ¼" of ice by morning, and probably .1" of ice accretions at this locations ... still will make for a NASTY drive tomorrow, IF everything isn't cancelled ...
