Approaching 4 inches from this backlash snows which means the eta oddly enough busted on the low end again for here. GFS cant say yet because i havent approached what it said earlier at the 12z run which was up to .50 qpf. keep snowing like it is and maybe it will happen. Not holding my breath but we will see.

It's called DEFORMATION ZONE. It FINALLY popped. Transfer of energy finally commenced around 2am and once it was finished leaves E PA, NJ, extreme SE NY and LI liable for another 2 to 6 inches of snow before all said and done. With the much further SE track and weaker signature to the system overall, the deformation zone is rather weak. We can see 1-2" per hour rates inside some of the heavier banding. I for one have another 1 1/2" of snow here in Burlington Co with a pretty high ratio of what looks to be 18:1. Expect higher as you head further north.

:D Moderate to heavy snow over my area. We got 3 inches yesterday, with 1/4 inch of ice, but we could double that if not go beyond this morning.

I picked up another 2 - 3 inches of snow when it finally turned to all snow between 8:30 and 9:00 pm last night. It was really coming down too!
