NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA/GRAND FORKS
830 AM CST FRI JAN 30 2003

...ALL TIME RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE SET AT GRAND FORKS AIRPORT...
...RECORD LOW SET AT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS...

A NEW ALL TIME RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE OF 44 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WAS
REACHED AT THE GRAND FORKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THE PREVIOUS ALL
TIME RECORD LOW FOR GRAND FORKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WAS 40 BELOW
ZERO SET ON FEB 1, 1996. RECORD KEEPING AT THE GRAND FORKS
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BEGAN IN 1941.

A NEW DAILY RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE OF 39 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WAS SET
AT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE IN GRAND FORKS. THE OLD
RECORD FOR THIS DATE WAS 36 DEGREES BELOW ZERO SET BACK IN 1916.
TEMPERATURE RECORDS FOR THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE/UNIVERSITY OF
NORTH DAKOTA BEGAN IN 1905.

How about some nice Snow Cream? All ya need is some Vanilla, sugar, sour cream and snow.......mix 'em all together and enjoy........Ahhhhhhh....... :)
