midwest storm falling apart??????????

Don't worry You will probably get hit with periods of snow. It looked like it was kind of tapering off here in KC but we have freezing rain here and a lot of precip to the south and west of us coming our way

Nah, it's not falling apart...notice the heavier bands developing on the bottom of the image.

The storm is kind of dying out it seems-even though it is above freezing here in Lawrence, it didn't really matter that much-we have been dry slotted quite a bit-however, areas just to my North have had some decent snow and it is filling in to my South and West-still above freezing, so I hope it dips below freezing soon-I do think the storm may reenergize once it lifts further North-we shall see-still supp. to get 5 inches where Emporia, SOUTH of me, is supp. to get 6 inches-go figure!! Hopefully the storm will renergize and get going
