The Iraq handover from the US may take longer

June 30th was the date the US said it would handover to the Iraqies all the powers to form a self goverment.If this is delayed to after the elections it may hurt Bush relection chances but there may be room to make the handover in september so time will tell when finnally Iraq will have a self goverment.
