Has anyone ever stayed at the Ritz in Dana Point, California. I stayed there recently and had a bad experience, they were not friendly, at all.

Not me. Most of the hotels I have stayed at were perfect...it would take hours for me to think of I problem I had with them :wink:

never stay at the Ritz in Dana Point, California. Great location, terrible service.
