Wow. We're looking at the same thing. This could have been a biggie for us. Or at least the biggest this year.

Howard County, MD:

35*F

Under a Winter weather advisory for 1/10-2/10" of ice, and also under a flood watch for 1+" of rain, and combined with snowpack could cause flooding.

HEY!!!!! You forgot VA!!! LOL!!!! :)

33 degrees and falling. DP is 15 degrees. Snow/sleet/frzra for us then rain. Tonight may be dicey, but rapid improvement w/heavy rain tomorrow. Stay off the rivers though, they may get a bit rough.

Sorry, forgot current conditions

26 and overcast.

NWS Buffalo dropped highs tomorrow, maybe the cold air won't move out as fast and move back in quicker

WHOA!! WHOA!! WHOA!!

We just fell to 32 degrees!!! Hey, this was NOT supposed to happen!!! Dewpoint is still 17 degrees!! It's getting dark! We've lost the solar insolation!

WHOA we have a 32/17 T/D spread now! With evap cooling we could easily fall into the upper 20s.

Hmmmmmm..................................

6:10PM in Sterling, VA
Temp: 33F
DP: 18F

Currently only under WWA for minor icing :(. However, if the ETA has anything to say about it, the NWS is going to be wishing they'd chosen otherwise... it has around 0.75" QPF before we rise above freezing tomorrow morning. I think they're being overly conservative due to their bust from Tuesday where they went with WSW when none of the models were showing us staying below freezing long enough for a major ice event.

We've had a few flakes (very few) but on radar I am in a dryslot. How fitting.
