LOL... I have missed this humor. I would have voted for far too many, but that wasn't an option. ;) I can't count that high was the closest alternative. :D

This getting pretty idotic (No Offence, People) .............. It cannot be like 1995/1996, 2002/2003 every year! I feel that the big dog may be happening in March........ It is just a thaw.. Last year, it rained in winter, after the PD storm........

Winter is NOT OVER yet here.

We may just see some slush puppies here in Feb.................But I would not write this season off just yet.

I think we may get a good snow yet in Feb. There is even potential for one in early March, I'd say March 3 to 10, somewhere in that time frame.

Don't write off winter yet in DCA and VA. I officially do that on March 20, but this is Feb 6th.

the point i intended to make by posting that poll was to show everyone just how annoying it is to see a bunch of winter is over threads, when folks such as myself, king, SF, DT and others try so hard to make everyone understand where the patten is heading.

those "piss in my soup because its not snowing now, so im going to proclaim winter over" type threads are a discredit to the time and energy we put into making those forecasts. and its mainly those in the I-95 corridor that do it.

Agree 100% FLguy........ We cannot get them all, Hope for the best, and forecast correctly

Therefore, We should enjoy winter, After all, 2 months to go! March........ Ahh, March, I would love to see another 1993 (Part 2) Blizzard... 70 miles east..... this time.... ( lol) to dump over 30" of snow....... Or 1888, 46.7 inches in Albany NY!

i dont know about either of those two events, but i can say with a good degree of confidence that another blockbuster east coast snow event should occur later on this season. probably march. which is what i have been discussing since the beginning of last month.

( As far as This March Another PD2, Nah....... Give me 1983....... LoL, I just would love to see 5 inches an hour....... My father told me, he was home, in NJ, and, It snowed harder than he has ever seen... 20" in 4 hours..

Exactly, it takes long enough to read what I want to read (which is an attempt at mostly all to all) with these sort of repeative threads.

It would be easier have this sort of discussion be in one and only one thread.
