I have heard rumors that UBL is already in captivity and they are waiting until October to announce it. I don't believe that rumor, but if on the off chance they did do that... I think it would backfire.

IF we had Osama bin Laden or Dr. Ayman al-Zawahiri, they'd have been long since hauled down the streets of New York in cages.
