The Northeast Corridor definately has the Climo. Come March, many a storm that'll be giving the MA a nice soaking rain, will be burying the NE and SNE too in deep snow. What is more, the Southeast Ridge will supply the energy and moisture to any NE-based blizzard this season.
Get those shovels and blowers ready!

Yes, I believe the Northeast will be affected by a major nor'easter in March.
