It's not a bad map, but I will err on the side of caution, that the amounts may widely vary considering ...

1) Heavier bands in the deformation zone.
2) Amount of cold air at the SFC ... temperatures ALOFT are definitely NOT a problem
3) Convective nature of some of the bandings, which in turn, produces the localized amounts AND spotty temperatures that fall BLO FRZ.

UVV's are very impressive and it does appear that some additional moisture is being tapped into ... which will aid in the dynamic cooling process ... a BIG PLUS is that colder air at the SFC will work down to coincide with the moisture field, and makes NC looking pretty sweet for this system.
