Someone could have have a 0.10 and be almost normal, while the next person could have a 0.05 and be in a near stupor. Since there's no way to subjectively test people's tolerance levels, I'm in favor of lowering the legal limit to 0.08.

Az is already at .08% level. Now weatherluvr, you hit the nail on the HEAD.....alcohol has different effects on different people. I, just the heck of it, borrowed a breathalizer from the PD not too long ago, I did a test on myself here at the house, it took 6 beers for me to hit a .05%, finally, 8 beers pushed me over the limit and Michelle did a roadside test on me, I PASSED with flying colors.....NOW, we did the same thing with Michelle, it only took her 3 beers to reach the .08%, I gave her the test, she BARELY passed it, in real life, they would have put her in the slammer!
