EARLY PEEK AT 12Z MODEL RUNS SUGG NEXT SYSTEM CONTS THE SLOWER
TREND AND PSBL SHIFT OF HEAVIER PCPN BAND FURTHER EAST. STILL
AWAITING FULL MODEL SUITE AND NATIONAL/LOCAL COLLABARATION B4
MAKING CHGS BEYOND 1ST FCST PERIOD.

first thoughts that the heavy stuff would fall from Farmville/Fluvana/Richmond/Salisbury Line

now looks like an Emporia/Ise of Wight/Hampton/Eastern Shore Line

no..the first runs hammered richmond, now TIDEWATER looks to be the big hit, but always time to adjust if needed

so it sounds like richmond is right on the line we will probably see abou 4-8 inches right??
