Yeah, wayyyyyy too fast. It seems like yesterday my wife's family and I were hanging a huge sheet in her mom and dad's front yard that read "Lordy, Lordy, JT is 40". That was 15 years ago! Now it's me who's passed 40 LOL.
I remember as I kid I couldn't wait to be all grown up and on my own. It seemed then as though time was standing still. Now a year seems to pass as fast as a day.

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes.
Today was a good day. It was nothing out of the ordinary, except my wife brought my birthday cake to me after she got home from nursing school. (Pineapple upsidedown cake....strange request, but I wanted something different LOL). It is good too, want some?
My family and I went to supper tonight and I'm still miserably full.
