Are the Bush supporters edgy?

Many things haved happened in the past 6 weeks that have many conservatives nervous as the articule says from the Ilegal imigration policie to the mistep about the jobs creation. But IMO that is why the numbers for Bush haved gone down from the past months but when the republicans lay out the campain in full force the balance will come as now the democrats have the spotlight with their primarys.

Very accurate point. This election is a long ways away still (in political timing).

"Edgy"? No...just chomping at the bit to get active when the Dems formally nominate a candidate and "show their wares" in the DNC 2004 platform.

I suspect there will be no lack of issues to chew on...and I'm HUNGRY! :larrow:

I also am not edgy yet. You want to see the bottom fall out of the Dems campaign? Just wait till OBL's head is delivered to Kerry's office on a silver platter.

J, why do you think that after all this time, Osama will be found right in time for the election? What are you implying? Do you believe that he is in custody and will be brought out to help in the election? That stunt would backfire, not help.

Duck, lol. I used that definition because I was trying to counteract the insult I received. I know what was implied by the use of the word rhetoric.

Sunny, I don't think he was insulting you, just trying to show you the "rhetoric" of the other side and how swayed people can be by it.

No problem; I'm used to it. I'm so far in the minority opinion on here than I get rude treatment a lot of the time. It's funny, but I feel the same way that people can be swayed==on both sides. Thanks for your kind explanation, though.

You are right, both sides can be and are persuasive. But can you explain this: Kerry is anti- oil drilling in the Alaska National Wildlife Reserve. The Teamsters are for it. Kerry told Hoffa that he will personally see to it that the piping is installed to increase the flow of oil and jobs for union workers. Now, how can you be committed in your opposition to something and at the same time commit yourself to see to it that it comes about?
