Greg,

Richmond will likely be impacted by the storm next week. The impact could be significant but it is too soon to get into qpf or precipitation-type details.

think precip type will be the only question. After looking at the models and trends and just overall feel, i think Richmond, Southern Va will get its precip no trouble, just what that precip is bothers me.
