I really hate when the winner is obvious before the name is even read, because of who the presenter is. It ought to be a surprise (although most were expecting it). But when Spielberg, king of the trilogies, stepped up to present, I knew right away. That's happened before when co-stars present to their own castmates.

Police arrest 21 people trying to sneak into Oscars
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Twenty-one people were arrested as they tried to sneak into the 76th annual Academy Awards show at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, officials said.
Two of the individuals carrying a personal video recorder were apprehended in a backstage loading dock area, said John Pavlik, spokesman for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
"They were caught with forged badges," Pavlik said. "They were never in the auditorium."
Those arrested most likely received a citation for misdemeanor trespassing and were released, said Don Cox, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman.
"There may be other charges," Cox said Sunday.
The individuals' names were not immediately released
