"What's Hangin'?"

#1 Postby azsnowman » Mon Mar 01, 2004 2:37 pm

So...what's hangin' from YOUR rear view mirror? Heard this on the radio this morning...people hang some SSssstrange stuff  One guy had a pair of THONGS, don't know if it was a trophy or not "LOL!"

Let's see, in the Dodge Ram, a Dream Catcher, a Bald Eagle Prayer Feather with turqouise sequins on it.

The pick up, a Burden Basket (Native to the White Mountain Apache Tribe) with a Mourning Dove Feather attached, a small stuffed cow....on the dash board lies a Mule Shoe I found at Fort Apache (circa 1890)

All around Galveston, the most popular thing hanging on the rear view mirrors at this time of year is Mardi Gras beads. Some people put WAY too many. :o

Right now I've got a Spongebob air freshener hanging on mine. :cheesy:

And though it's not the question, I also have an Astros (Jack in the Box) antenna ball on my antenna. I'm ready for baseball to start.

Nothing on mine. To me it would be distracting having an "ornament" swinging at every stop you make. ;)

AH MAN...that reminds me of a time when I went cruizin' in a friends car WAY back in high school, the car has this *odd* smell to it, I mentioned it to him time and time again....well, he finally cleaned out his car, he had ordered 2 burgers from Mickey D's AND one of them had slid under the car seat and well......it had been there for over 2 months  And his reaction? "Oh..there's were it went to, I thought I had ate it!"

That's not quite an air freshener fer sure.

Hey! No one mentioned fuzzy dice.

And another thing: Have you ever been driving and been distracted by those crystals that people hang from their mirror?
