This is scary. Lisa Ainsworth, married to the guy suspected of being involved in the family's disappearance, is the vet that I use!

The hearse type van was only transporting tents in for the authorities to use as shelters.

They've moved the search near the Covington Co./Smith Co. line. Taylorsville is in Smith Co. I live in Covington Co!! Getting close to home!

They've charged Hargon with 3 counts of capital murder.

Two adult bodies and what appears to be that of a small child have been found in Covington Cty. Autopsies will be performed tomorrow.

Eric, we have lethal injection here in MS. If this turns out to be the bodies of the Hargon family you can bet that the DA will seek the death penalty.

So incredibly sad. And all over an inheritance. I'm glad we're not in line for any wealthy relative's money. I am wondering how he could overpower 2 adults, murder them and the child. A truly sad outcome. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family members.

AMEN!! I heard through the grapevine that the evidence they have is compelling. There is no way this man could possibly plead not guilty. If he does, then the DA will seek the death penalty and get it no doubt about it. And if I know these judges in MS like I think I do, there will be no dealing and will hand down the sentence to be put to death. Either way he loses.

I just wonder what was going through that little boys mind through all this. That is the most gut wrenching thing for me to deal with in all this. The media is fixing to get a glimpse of how Mississippians deal with this. He may not even survive to go to trial.

Did anybody see the size of the man? He's a dang GIANT. The pic I saw had him head and shoulders above the other men close to him. If they give him the injection they'd better make it a grizzly sized dose.

Did anyone watch Greta last night on Fox? She was very sympathetic towards the family, telling the viewers several times what a great family they were. I thought that was nice of her and the guy (i forgot his name) that was on with her.
I can't imagine the horror that the little boy must have felt. I just hope he didn't have to suffer!

On another note, I feel bad for Lisa, Hargon's wife. From what I read yesterday, it appears she may have played a part in helping find the bodies. She's a very nice lady and I hate for her to have to go through this. She's the least expensive vet in our area and one of the best.

How in this world could anyone let something as trivial as property cause them to take 3 lives? I'm wondering if there is more to the story than we have heard?????? What good would killing them do? He still would not have gotten the property.

Autopsies released. The Father suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head, the Mother and little boy were both strangled. Authorities are not sure if the Mother and boy were killed before they were abducted or after. They determined the Father died at the scene of the home.

People can be so damn greedy and cold-blooded. And for what? Did he think things would change? Now he definitely doesn't inherit anything and now two great parents and a beautiful little baby are dead. :(
