Super Tuesday=Kerry wins in a blowout 9 of 10 states

#1 Postby cycloneye » Tue Mar 02, 2004 2:58 pm

Well all of what will happen tonight is media blitz of results about the 10 states primaries but with no big surprises as John Kerry is going to win all 10 including California and New York and be very close to the delegate count (2162) that he needs to be the democratic party candidate. For John Edwards to have a chance to get more delegates and continue in the race he must win Georgia,Minnesota and Ohio.

The democrats better be prepared because from next thursday the Bush-Cheney campain will put ads on TV and begin to spend the first portion of the more that $100 millon that they have to spend in the campain. It was about time the republicans start to campain because the democrats have had the media by themselves and from thursday on the election campain will be in full swing on both sides the republicans talking about the many votes that John Kerry casted in favor and against many things for example the Iraq war when Kerry voted in favor of the resolution to authorize the Iraq invasion but voted against the first gulf war when Iraq invade Kuwait.

I don't think Kerry will win all 10, but it will be all but over for Edwards if he doesn't win at least 4.

If Edwards wins 4 states it would be a big boost for him but it will be difficult for him to win even 1 state however not impossible to do.

I don't think he will win 4. 1 probably maximum... and if that happens I will be supporting Bush.

This should be the beginning of a new thread, but...I have been listening to DNC pundits all day, and their message is that NONE of the Democratic candidates have the enthusiasm of the party; the biggest reason to vote seems to be because they "hate" or "dislike Bush so much", regardless of who gets the nomination.

If that's all they have going for them...

You bet your bottom dollar that is right. Kerry will take this country in the WRONG direction. I supported Edwards because he had some ideas that "crossed over" so to speak. He also "spoke to the people" and while there have been threads in here saying that he was a good for nothing trial lawyer... he shares the roots of the common American. Edwards would have been a strong nominee for President. The debates would have been entertaining... and in the end... no matter which one would have won, I would have been happy. BUT I WILL NOT VOTE FOR KERRY! End of story. If you want the reasons why I will list them, but I will end this for now.
