Too bad you don't live in Louisiana! My husband got 525.00 worth of tickets...I called a friend, who called a friend and today everything just dissappeared...this amazing state of Louisiana and it's politics. Unfortunatly...it's those who can't afford to pay the price, that don't have the strings to pull..unfair sometimes, isn't it?

Better watch how you brag fur. Some people who have had to pay those high dollar crazy fines in Louisiana may not like that too much.

It is harder to fix tickets these days with the new drivers licenses coming out. From what I understand Louisiana is the main state coming out with them. When they swipe your license it goes directly to the state. Fixing tickets is also a theft charge for any officer involved and could cost them their badges.

Not braggin' Lindaloo, simply stating factual events in Louisiana. A state that has always marched to it's own drummer, and gotten away with it.

That is everywhere these days Shan. My thinking was if they do it for a certain few then they should not write the tickets at all. lol. I know I had to pay the high priced tickets in LA back in 96. I was not happy and my friends could do nothing.
