Who will Kerry pick for VP?

I know that republicans are the majority in storm2k but also I know that there are a few democrats here so who do you think will be the VP choice of Kerry.I dont have opinion because I dont vote for president here in Puerto Rico.If you say other names you can post them in your replie.

I'm not Democrat but I still voted. I think he'll pick Edwards.

Either Edwards or Graham. Graham is big in the south (not with me though ;-)

) and thats where Kerry needs help.. But it dosent matter who he picks in the end cause Bush will stomp them all :-)

Puerto Ricans don't vote for President of the United States, but the country has a primary on Sunday, June 6th and will have delegates at the Democratic National Convection at FleetCenter in Boston, Massachusetts, the last week of July.

Yes Tom there will be primaries here but I dont vote on those.I prefer to vote when it really counts at election day but with the current status we have here we can't vote for president.That is why I favor statehood for Puerto Rico and this movement is growing fast and I hope that in the not distant future Puerto Rico star will be in the US flag as the 51st state.

Tom in Puerto Rico people go more to the democrat primaries than for the republican one from 1968 until now.The voting here is the big turnout that the general elections every 4 years we have when on average here 85% of Puertorricans go and vote much more that in the US which is over 50 times more big in territory than PR and the population in PR is 3.8 millon while in the US is around 280 millon.As you can see here in Puerto Rico when the general elections come we vote in masses to choose the best goverment officials that will lead us to prosperity.About statehood for Puerto Rico I want to be part of the US because then Puerto Rico as a state can have 2 senators and 7 house of representatives men and woman who can help us in the congress.

And Bob Graham is left as well. He voted 67% in favor of what the ACLU wanted. That is my reason I do not like him.

its my final answer, lol!! and linda, i will continue to criticise kerry, and defend economic freedom, but even conservatives are giving up the ship. check the republican senate. they have dropped any thought of making the tax cuts permanent. wont happen, the liberal press has them buffaloed. and i think kerry's vp choice doesnt matter now.

Interesting, 85% turnout for the Democratic Primaries is quite high.

Puerto Rico's population is dense with 3.8 million people on an island nation that is 3,515 square miles; the size of Rhode Island and Delaware combined.

I just checked a website that says 2 million Puerto Ricans moved to the United States, if these people remained, the island would be so densely populated that there would be virtually no room for people to live.

i think kerry needs to play it safe. all he needs now is someone that wont hurt his chances. i think hillary will pressure him to put her on the ticket, but he doesnt need her now

Well if I live in the US mainland and I can vote for president as I can't now here I say that Kerry may select Bill Richardson the governor of New Mexico because he would assure the hispanic votes around the country and the hispanics are the most growing population in the US.
