GFS Upper-Level Wind Charts Over Hurricane Here

I plotted the 06Z GFS upper-level winds over the storm:

As you can see, there is high pressure blocking the storm to the south at all levels. Note the small pocket of light wind shear on the 200 mb chart directly over the storm. Look north and south of the storm and the westerlies are screaming! The GFS puts the storm inland where I indicted with the red arrow. Seems reasonable.
