SSD dvorak mantains the 4.5 classification for 0IL

No change before landfall in terms of this agency but looking at the pics it looks a little more stronger than the 4.5.

They may have went 4.5+, but they do not indicate +'s on the website

Yeah Derek you may be right about that.AFWA may have it at 5.0 classified but I dont have the link to that agency.
