Thanks Sandi, Karan (tea sure hits the spot!), Linda, et all - doing much better today. Funny thing is last night as I was trying to talk, my daughter Laura would ask - Mom, are you getting sick? Before I could answer, she was asking me to fix her a shake. If I just step into that kitchen, it's as if my kitchen is Mary's Diner!!! If only I could fix that tea in another room.....LOL Kids - they can swing from sympathy to requests in a second!!! Because well, you know mothers fix the best shakes and drinks around, even if you show them how to do it.
If I ever do need real rest, I have to go to bed and stay there!
And then you hear the string of questions - Mom, where's my such and such....or hear the door crack open, and then whispers, Mom, sorry to bother you, but.....
Oh well, I love being a Mom, 99.9% of the time. LOL
