Now tell me GOD doesn't have a sense of humor......

MODEL QPF PROGS CONTINUE TO SHOW MODERATE TO HEAVY PRECIP
ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES OVER SECTIONS OF THE CWA FOR THIS
EVENT. WESTERN SIDE OF THE CWA TO SEE THE GREATEST PRECIP AMOUNTS.
THE HEAVIEST ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED DURING THE DAY TODAY. MODELS
INDICATE QPF TAPERS OFF LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AS THE LIFT BEGINS TO
WEAKEN. INITIALLY SNOW LEVELS WILL BE FAIRLY HIGH...NEAR 7500 FT
THIS MORNING...BUT ARE EXPECTED TO FALL DURING THE DAY AS CAA
FILTERS IN FROM THE WEST. SNOW LEVELS SEEN FALLING TO NEAR 6000 FT
FRIDAY NIGHT WITH ACCUMULATING SNOW EXPECTED ABOVE ABOUT 6500 FT.
BELIEVE MODELS ARE OVERDOING SNOW ACCUMULATIONS FOR TODAY. INITIALLY
THE WARM AIR TEMP AND WARM GROUND WILL LIMIT ANY SNOW ACCUMULATION.
COULD SEE ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES OVERNIGHT. DO NOT ANTICIPATE
THE NEED FOR ANY SNOW ADVISORIES FOR THE HIGHER TERRAIN TONIGHT BUT
SITUATION WILL NEED TO BE WATCHED CLOSELY. SYSTEM WILL BE SLOW TO
EXIT THE AREA AS BLOCKING LOW REMAINS OVER THE EAST COAST THRU THE
WEEKEND. WX WILL TAPER OFF ON MONDAY AS BOTH DESERT SW LOW AND
EASTERN LOW FINALLY EJECT EASTWARD.

We got a nice surprise here this am...snow mixed with rain in some areas, but it was ALL snow on Mt. Auburn, which is just north of downtown Cincinnati, as well as in Florence (my home) and White Oak, OH (a suburb of Cincy). No accumulations, but an interesting morning here for us...others saw just plain rainy weather...what does this tell you?
