New Polls Numbers BUSH is LOSING ground to KERRY

#1 Postby Guest » Wed Apr 07, 2004 2:55 pm

New Poll numbers from Rasmussen (in 2000 they predicted a 6 point Bush win...so the leab towards the GOP)

48% KERRY 42% BUSH

This is a 3 day tracking poll that goes back to Mid January
http://www.rasmussenreports.com/Preside ... g_Poll.htm

The % that says the US is winning the war has fallen from 54% in march to 47% now

The % that says Bush is doing a POOR job in iraq is way UP
41% Rate Bush Good/Excellent on Iraq

44% Give Bush Poor Marks, Up from 38% a Week Ago

Don't put too much faith in those numbers. Anyone can poll who they want to poll. Plus, the election is a long way away.

On the link you (DT) provided http://www.rasmussenreports.com/Preside ... g_Poll.htm , Kerry was also ahead on March 5 and on February 15. The polls proved nothing. Those numbers have changed on a daily basis. Obviously, they're going up and down. But if you care to put faith in them, then you ought to notice that Bush is ahead well over 75% of the time.

The election is so far off. TOO TOO early to call. I myself would never vote for Kerry. He is a mess to put it lightly    While I don't agree with a few things bush stands for or doesn't  I think he is the best Man for the JOB  Most Likely he will have my vote

Not with what is going on in Iraq right now.

I agree with Johnathan, it's still a long time away, but I believe it's going to be close.

Of course if the polls showed Bush winning, none of you guys would be saying any of the stuff you are saying now.

The point is a lot of the polls do show Bush winning. None of them matter until November when people vote...

While I won't vote for bush I do hope his popularity does not drop too much further.
