Cool Easter Eggs

I learned this from my mother. Wrap up the eggs in several layers of dried onion skins. Wrap tightly with a paper towel and a rubber band to hold it together. Boil the eggs. They come out with an exellent brown mottled pattern. I think it's an old german tradition. My easter isn't complete without some "brown" eggs!
