of course it does. it was a roomful of kerry supporters against bush. why wouldnt liberals watch it?


Because most of the liberals I know don't think like you think (at least not the everyday person). My parents are split... my father conservative and my mother (coservatively) liberal, but she wasn't watching the news conference because she thought "Kerry's operatives" were present. This logic would not hold up if you were to survey all the people watching.

Liberals, for the most part, don't get "involved" in politics, and find talk shows, (evidenced by Al Franken's show not being able to survive in the ultra liberal LA market), political debates, speeches, news programs, a waste of their valuable time.

THis is of course, JMO. However I base it on what I see and what I hear, which is: outside of any excuse you give them to assemble and protest, they could give a ***'* *** about politics unless it could possibly benefit them somehow, then they show interest.
