Thats gonna be a good game Eric, but they are not the 2 powerhouses they once were. My Orangeman dropped last night so I'm rooting for either Pitt or UConn and Penn State on the womens side.

Yes, to me Duke's best days since I've lived down here were when they had Bobby Hurley, Christian Laettner, Cherokee Parks, etc!! :D

March Madness to the extreme around here. The High school ladies are fighting for the crown and the best game in the State tournament was between Milwaukee DSHA and Green Bay Preble 64-62 F/3OT! It almost went to a 4th OT! Preble won on a buzzer beater!

http://www.greenbaynewschron.com/sports ... cle=118949

"MADISON - From an individual standpoint, Jenna Boehm's senior season has been one to forget.

It will last at least one more game because of a shot she'll always remember

The Green Bay Preble center connected on a disputed putback as the buzzer sounded to hand the Hornets a wild 64-62 triple-overtime victory over Divine Savior Holy Angels in Thursday afternoon's WIAA Division 1 state girls' basketball tournament quarterfinals at the Kohl Center.

According to the WIAA record book, it's the first triple-overtime game in the 28-year history of the girls' state tournament.

Boehm's bucket following a missed jumper by Preble's Chandra Schmechel left DSHA head coach Bill Scansy screaming at the officials, the Dashers' all-female student body in shock, and Boehm buried under her teammates and classmates."

Thanks for the well wishes everyone :D

The SMSU Lady Bears won and my friend from there Flouri called and said that they were having a party at the Hammons Student Center. I think I am going to drive up there.

Everyone have a great evening. Looks like more severe weather this upcoming week.

That sounds like you need a career change! I couldnt work on sunny days...I'd get a job outside! lol Even if its bad its the place to be!

Well, I'll be back out on the 8 foot snow drift trying to chop it up a little more and throw the snow in the driveway to melt it faster. My trees/bushes arent doing too good...they are splayed from the ice and weight and come later in the month of April, I'll be trimming up on a ladder with broken limbs.

Gonna have a big breakfast and head outside around noon and get to chopping and getting a tan. Should be in the mid 60s the next 2 days but up here with the snow and elevation I bet we barely get past 50. Soon enough!

Up all night again, folks...couldn't sleep, pain in the chest and legs/feet, no Annabelle (she be a ho'), who chose to go up without me, no food for the second straight day (the wife lets me sleep, but takes the boys out...conveniently forgetting that I MAY be hungry when I do rise...).

She wouldn't even bother to get the Metamucil I specifically asked for, much less pay any attention to my peculiar dietary needs.

So, as I write this, I hear the pleasant chirping of birds outside, sunny morning, cloudless sky...and I feel like calling out, "CHEEP-CHEEP, YER @$$!" :grrr:

lol Bill...I havent seen a bird or a bug since October! I hope they never come back! Rabbits ate all my bushes and the deer havent made their trip cause the snow was too deep. Bad time for animals up here, not to mention the lake has 2.5 feet of ice and the fisherman cant drill down far enough.

Good mornin', all! I just rolled out of bed....being a lazy
bum on Sunday....LoL!

Bill, I'm sorry you had a restless night. I hope
today turns out better for you, and, I hope
you get something to eat, too!

Garrett, glad the party was fun. You have a great
time at the concert, tonight.

Rob, have fun in those snow drifts!

Sorry you had to work, Jacki - darn that sun! LoL!

It's supposed to be 68 degrees and partly cloudy here, today.
I'm going to my Mom's for lunch, then I have a few errands
to run. Hope everyone has a good day!
