Actually i did hear about both. It was a day or so ago i heard about Truckers in California blocking the interstates because of this. Prices where this was happening were actually close to what fur said at about 2.69 a gallon for the so called cheap stuff. And i agree with the Truckers doing it. Let it screw with everything enough to put a huge dent in the so called re booming economy then maybe the government will take some better action on this.

Here milk is about $4 or so for a gallon.

And yes Brian, you read right, $2.45 a gallon for the expensive gas. My neighbors and I were just talking about this. One of them drives all over the county as a sales rep for a certain company, and the other works at another company whose name I forget. The one who is a sales rep gets re imbursed 75% or so of her costs but she pays the rest. She drives a Saturn, which as you may or may not know is a relatively small car.

Don't get me started on the price of milk. I am soo POed at how much things have inflated the last 4 weeks, that I am ready to just about ready to not buy milk anymore and do as little traveling as I can, good chance of that happening when I'm moving in 2 weeks. Its going to kill me when I have to fill the darn U-Haul truck up before I return it. I can only imagine what the price will be tomorrow when I get home from work. I bet it will be close to 1.95 a gallon. Someone needs to put a stop to this madness now before it gets out of control. GRRRRRRR!!!

Gas here is UP and DOWN! With the refinery explosion in Gallup New Mexico a few weeks back, ours shot up to 1.89 for the cheap stuff, then went to 1.96 gallon, 4 days ago, it dropped to 1.78 gallon, then yesterday, it shot back UP to 1.86 gallon. Can you say "PRICE GOUGHING?" Why the roller coaster ride?

If we Americans took "ONE" day, just ONE day and didn't buy a DROP of fuel, it would bring the bassturds to their KNEES!

The premium gas at almost all Shell locations here is now topping $2.00/Gallon!

It really is bad... I pay $1.69 for regular. Im so glad I have my little car and not a gas guzzler.

BUT if you think we got it bad. I have friends who are farmers in Zimbabwe, they have practically shut there whole farm down... this is from an article they sent me.

It is up to $2.03 at some stations here, but I found one that is still $1.89. I filled up this morning because they may wisen up

KOW...the 2.89 per gallon was talking about was GAS not milk! Milk is almost at 4.00 per gallon! I did notice in LA lastnight that gas was 2.46...should have filled up! WHY is it more expensive in a town like Temecula, then booming Los Angeles?
