I So glad thank god your ok. How did ya survive and make it through this with just road rash is amazing and a merical. I Am glad we have you with us. Your a great friend i am glad your with us all the time. That dude better get off his buttox and help ya out get ya a new chair and pay for your medical bills. Plus pain and suffering and for what ever ya can get. Thats so messed up and how didnt he know he hit ya and been dragging you for so long.

Thats the thing LM...he couldn't see me......surviving didn't take much just my seatbelt...I was darn lucky to get away with just some scrapes and the road rash...I'm gonna get all I can from this...

Oh jeez Jeremy...it could have been so much worse, thank the Lord you're OK and here to tell us about it...Hire an attorney asap...it won't cost you anything and they'd just LOVE to hear from you! :O)

Believe me my grandma is on standby as we speak...she is a lawyer and IMO one of the best in town...she represents my family for almost nothing...and will likely take the case...

I will be in court this Tuesday morning at 10am when the driver of the pickup who hit me on April 26th is expected to contest the ticket he got for not having insurance...

Oh no!! Take care and best wishes. Those darn pickup trucks are just massive you can't really see that well when you're behind them so i don't understand how they can see anything when they are backing up!? Once again best wishes Jeremy ;)

Let me tell ya, it's gonna copst about $3k to replace the chair, it is NOT repairable...I am going for at least 5,000 and possibly more...another 1k to pay med bills and another 1000 for pain/suffering...

UPDATE:

I was in court this morning as the driver of the truck which took me out was to be arraigned on the charge of not having insurance...well guess what...he DIDN'T show up! The judge has issued a bench warrant to make him show up, PLUS suspended his license! I will let you guys know when the next court date is...
