I want to make a public apology.....

#1 Postby Rob-TheStormChaser » Tue Mar 18, 2003 12:57 pm

Firstly, I love this site and have nowhere else to go. If I did I surely wouldnt have the insight and input I try to provide here. I also get into heated debates as anyone is capable of doing so within the limits. I think the crew here are a great representation for this site and the functionability therein.

The only problem I DO have is when I'm attacked personally. I am truly sorry this person or persons feel this way about me, but I am willing to move on, yet again, and get beyond this disruption. I want to get back to the basics about weather and some other aspects of current events, and if that is not forseeable then you need to tell me so.

Again, I'm sorry if people dont see eye to eye with me. This makes each of us the unique individual we are. I just wanted to lose the negativity and press on with a positive mind. If I am to be ousted and kicked out of here then I had it coming to me I guess, but thats not what I'm aiming for. I feel like I'm a big asset here and devote ALL my spare time on the computer here.

I think everyone here can attest to this and has no problem with me being here aside from a few incidents that get out of hand. This will happen. I want to openly say sorry to the staff and members and continue on and not have any more labeling or individualistic phrases seen.

I ask this as a whole, since I tend to think we are all a family here no matter how dysfunctional or how many mistakes we make. No one is perfect and we all make mistakes.

If I made one and I need to be punished for it, so be it, but please do without the personal attacks. We have a war possibly hours away, we are all feeling effects from it emotionally.

I hope we can take a deep breath and drive on. God Bless America. Peace.

Considering we're on the brink of war and all of the stress that goes along with it, I think everyone's emotions are flying high.

I think everyone needs to stop and think about what is really important here. We don't need to be divided right now. I don't mean by debating, but personal attacks are completely uncalled for.

Rob, I commend you for apologizing.

Rob, i respect your apolagy as well, but again in your post you said we personaly attacked you... Thats anther accusation... If you truely want it droped then please stop saying that.. It was a debate... Two people disagreed with you at the same time.... That may be an "out numbered" debate but that does not make it an attack... There is no one on this board i would attack... And i think some of you no me enogh to know that... im a big old teddy bear (Thats right a 250 pound teddy bear) LOL
