New Tropical Cyclone in Indian Ocean Eyes Mandalay, Burma
A newly develoved storm in the Indian Ocean is slowly creeping its way east towards the Burma coastline. Right now it is fairly weak with winds of 40mph. It is not expected to develop into a Cyclone since its so close to land. By tomorrow night it would have made landfall just north of Rangoon, near the city of Mandalay. No real threat from this storm except alot of rain which may cause heavy flooding since Burma is pretty flat.

Tropical Cyclone 02b heads for Burma/Bangladesh border
The Tropical Cyclone remains weak as it moves slowly to the NE. Winds are at 45mph and I wouldnt be surprised if it strengthened slight before making landfall on the Burma/Bangladesh border. No real threat windwise but since Burma and Bangladesh are such flat countries, there are problems of severe flooding which could lead to spreading of disease, death of starvation from loss of crops. Thats why any storm heading for these flat countries are bad. The storm will continue o the NE, soaking parts of Estern India and China. I wouldnt rule out the threat of mudslides in China since its will be going into a mountainous region.
