GL, MA, NE Severe Weather

#1 Postby tomboudreau » Tue May 18, 2004 12:40 pm

Looks like these areas are in line for severe weather today as numerous discussions are coming out of Norman, OK. Watches will probably be going up shortly for some part of this area.

Oh boy...it's getting nasty now. May be a pretty rough afternoon across most of the area.

Looks like most of it is south of me ... in SC PA and heading SE into MD/DE. May get a shower or garden-variety thunderstorm, but nothing unheard of.

We just had a few brief showers pass through here.

We maybe affected by what's coming from Harrisburg in a few hours, though by that time, they shouldn't be severe.

At this point i will take anything. I do actually think (Crosses fingers) the storms in southern PA dropping into northern MD will make it here. Probably not severe though as Steph said because we will have lost alot of the juice from the heating of the day when they get here.
