A complete discussion in my estimation from them about this not good scenario for Puerto Rico in terms of the potential for more rain on top of what the island has recieved (17) inches in 2 weeks.About tropical development they dont see anything at this time to point towards that but time will tell in comming days.

Sure we dont need more rain so I will send it towards Florida and the SE US where it is needed badly.
