AFWA and the JTWC have yet to issue a bulletin in regards to 91L, although I'll keep checking... they're bound to begin in the near future...

Hope it develops a little to classify it. It'd be nice to officially get the season started

I think if the convection just develops near or over the low pressure, bam! We would surely have Alex!
