That's Utah

for you. We saw thundersnow at Dugway in June when I was there. In 1983, we had a strong cold front blast through with severe thunderstorms with winds over 100mph in July. When that same front hit the Wasatch, blizzard conditions in the mountains trapped many hikers. In Utah there was a saying that said that the Four Seasons in Utah are June, July, August and Winter. Have to remember that like NV most of Utah is at an elevation of 4000 feet or higher.
