Very tragic indeed and it goes to show you that you do not have to have a hurricane to cause this type of problem!

Very Sad!! The terrain of the area had a large part to do with that situation. :(

Also the flood event happened during the late night so they were all sleeping! very sad!! :cry: :cry: :cry:
