Hello to old faces and new, from the Brazoria/Galveston County line... Glad to see you all again for another hurricane season! And as we know, this could be a busy one.

I went through my emergency supplies box, and making my shopping list to replenish things. Bring on the season!! :)

Hello again, everyone... I take these storms seriously, but they are going to happen anyway and I have to admit that watching them each year is fascinating. :grrr:

I don't have my hurricane supplies yet but will by the weekend. Good to see everyone on the board again as always.

Hi Everyone!

#66 Postby HurricaneQueen » Wed May 26, 2004 12:27 pm

Just checking in to say hello. I look forward to an exciting and interesting 2004-just not TOO interesting. I didn't realize how many people were here year round-wish I had thought to look in sooner. It's great to see so many familiar names and hope everyone is doing well.

Storm 2k team, as always, you have been doing a wonderful job with the site and the newsletters and I'm certain there are other things that are not immediately apparent. So, thanks to all of you for all of your hard work and dedication.

I do have one question. Where do we make our hurricane predictions?

 Well with just a few days left, I feel we will be seeing a heavy season. If the numbers are as I see them we will have 15/10/4 or 2 real big ones. I feel the odds do favor an East Coast storm year. FL to NC. However at this point only time will tell. We are only weather guessing.
