This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

On the end of a late season cold front in the BOC or W GOM. He will have winds of 65 mph at landfall somewhere on the MS coast. HOW'S THAT FOR STEPPING OUT ON A LIMB???(without any safety net at all!!!!!)

I say a tropical wave will exit Africa, and it will form in the Mid Caribean. It will hit Belieze area, and quickly dissipating.

I say that it will form in the gulf of Mexico...and will get to hurricane strength, but then will run into some very strong shear and will weaken considerably, before runing into mexico

I would say North West Caribbean! It may reach cat one status before making landfall on the Northern Gulf coast...

I picked Gulf of Mexico. I have a feeling that a nice blob of convection will turn into Alex this year. :)

I think it will form in the Caribbean in mid june because in that area it seems right for storms at this time. The GOM seems real favorable but i dont think it will happen there.

Well as of now. I would say they are back out of the drivers seat. That system never developed. Atleast tropical wise. But it did cause great devastation.
