More tornado reports

#1 Postby AggieSpirit » Tue Jun 01, 2004 9:31 pm

The trained weather spotters must be good. Damage reported I-20 and 287. Rotation over mansfield,,, another rotation in Southwest Arlington according to doppler. Storm appears to have several seperate rotations and multiple cloud lowerings.
little doubt --- this is a supercell thunderstorm.

Radio Station

#4 Postby AggieSpirit » Tue Jun 01, 2004 9:41 pm

That radio station may have had it's transmitter knocked out. I cant hear them on real audio or on the AM radio. AM radio problem could be due to all the static-electricity in the air though. YOu should see the lightning.
