Oil prices over $42 a barrel

Well no chance for a drop on the pump anytime soon as oil prices are still going up.

just temporary. economics indicate a glut has to develop soon. and the stock market went up a little today.

Today the prices haved dropped to $41 and let's hope that a down trend happens and the prices at the pump can go down slowly.

the price has to come down. opec is pumping as much as they can as fast as they can to make as much money as they can while the prices are high.
it has to lead to an over-supply.

People, people, people.....we've PROVED to the D*MN oil companies that we Americans will pay ANY PRICE for gas! I mean, look at Europe, prices have been/will remain near $4 a gallon. When I was overseas in 1976, gas back THEN was $2.37 a "LITER", figure THAT one out. The days of CHEAP gas are OVER for all intents and purposes, I'd be willing to BET, that we'll NEVER see the price drop below $1.60 gallon AGAIN! I for one have changed my driving habits and will continue doing so......the days of "Living HIGH on the hog" are over, we might as well get used to it!

Until SUV's are banned form the interstates, the demand will exceed production, forcing the prices up. Those with SUV's are the ones contrubution, not the oil companies

european prices are high because of taxes, thats why it wont come down there.
1.60 will be no problem.
