Rain Finally!

Don't mean to take away from the start of the season, but at least we finally have some rain here in the panhandle of FL! :)

Looks like some thunderstorms over lake O as well, moving east. Me thinks the rainy season is sneaking up on us.

Me too, finally got some rain over here in Destin, .60" to be exact in my Davis Instruments Vantage Pro Weather Station! :D

Sea Oat you make about 5 members we have from the FWB "metro" area. Glad to see you posting. Glad to see you got some rain too!!! Hope they got some in Niceville where my mom lives.

We got more rain here this afternoon (1.12") in Tallahassee than we did in the entire month of May (0.91").

PoPs are staying high for the next several days. Yee-haw! :D

Today we got 0.83 inches of rain in Fort Walton Beach and a BEAUTIFUL sky filled with orange and yellow Mammatus clouds. ( I should have taken a picture! ). :x

No rain at my office...but 7 miles away at my home, a single short blast of wind and rain dropped a tree in my back yard. Gotta love Florida weather patterns.

I had what I call a monkeys wedding. It was raining really hard in the front yard, but the sun was blazing in the back! So me an my boy went and ran around like hooligans in it. Problem is it was like a steam bath after our 5 minute downpour, my glasses misted over as well as all the windows and doors to the house. We need MORE!!!!!
