An unusual storm system is moving up the Atlantic Coast. The storm is not unusual in its type, since the coastal low pressure systems commonly known as northeasters are relatively common... during the winter. However, they are very rarely seen this late in the season. Although the storm will not produce any of the snow typical of wintertime northeasters, temperatures will remain very cool Saturday night and Sunday, along with cloudy skies and occasional rain and drizzle. Winds will be typical for this sort of storm: breezy, damp and cool off as they blow from the chilly North Atlantic.
