i agree!! the object of "shock and awe" is to induce immediate surrender. but, we are prcticing incrementalism. my fear is not that we wont defeat the iraqis if we fight. my fear is that we will wait and the un will tell us to stop. it will be a disaster if the un is in charge of iraq. how funny would it be if we did the fighting and the un put a frenchman in charge in baghdad.
i greatly fear another bush half-measure. if we would just move we would be in baghdad in 2 days. our forces have barely budged today. why the delay?
