2342 UNK 15 NW BOARDMAN KLICKITAT WA 4599 11992 PILOT REPORTED A TORNADO 10 NW OF HIS POSITION WHICH WAS 5 MILES NW OF BOARDMAN. (PDT)
2349 UNK 20 SE BICKLETON GILLIAM OR 4578 12001 ALDERDALE POLICE CHIEF REPORTED A WEAK TORNADO NEAR THE TOWN OF ALDERDALE. (PDT)
0035 UNK 4 WSW LEXINGTON MORROW OR 4542 11975 SPOTTER REPORTED A WEAK SHORT LIVED TORNADO IN THE LEXINGTON AREA. (PDT)

PILOT REPORTED A TORNADO 10 NW OF HIS POSITION WHICH WAS

Not necessarily an F5! LMAO, but for the Pacific northwest, that is quite impressive.

That picture you posted showed the tornado developing from cumulus clouds! Quite unique.
