Brilliant???? As much as I like the scenario(and I would DEFINITELY vorte for that ticket), looking down the road, I do not think this country as a whole is ready for an all female Presidential race. I'm not saying there are not qualified women out there because there OBVIOUSLY are. I just don't think that this country will go that way. IF it does happen in 2008 it would be RICE IN A LANDSLIDE imo.

I can see your point. We still need more time to get used to the idea of a female presidential race. And my feeling is that will take a long time happening. I mean 1 female canidate is enough but two might be a little out of hand for right now.

David, I disagree. In some places gay marriage is legal now. That used to be an out there thought, like that would never happen. An all women ticket doesn't sound that far fetched of an idea to me.

KC, that sounds borderline sexist.
But you know what, it's all good. A woman will win the Presidency in the coming years. Swallow your pride men, this is a woman's world too.

Just curious (not that it'd happen) but knowing that not all people of my particular sexual/affectual preference share the same political views AND knowing my views on abortion, terrorism, and so forth from what you've read in my posts, who would you vote for -- me (or not necessarily me, but someone who was gay and had those views) or Hillary?
And yes, I know, she has experience on her side. I'm just speaking hypothetically. Would you vote for a gay candidate if he/she shared the same views as you on all other issues?

hmmm...tricky question....but I respect you for asking the way you did. Once again, you have shown the diplomatic way to present your case.
My answer is yes (vs Hillary that is)
